Scholarship and financial support (graduate studies)

In 2014-2015, more than $3 million in scholarships was awarded (by ÉTS and other organizations) to students at the graduate and post-graduate levels. Other funding sources are available, for example, bursaries paid by professors for research carried out as part of subsidized or sponsored projects and research or teaching assistantship contracts at ÉTS.

International students who are registered in a Ph.D. program on a full-time basis and who have no financial support to cover the supplemental tuition that applies to foreign students are automatically exempted by ÉTS.

International students who are registered in a Master’s program on a full-time basis may be eligible for increased tuition exemption if certain conditions are met.

The ÉTS website represents an excellent tool for students who are interested in the scholarships programs or other financial support.
