Career Days / Networking events


ÉTS organizes a variety of career days and networking events in order to give employers an opportunity to introduce themselves to ÉTS students and graduates.

Information booths are set up in the hall of the ÉTS main building, at 1100 Notre-Dame Street West in Montreal. Places are limited, sign up as soon as possible.

* This career day is attended by companies from a variety of engineering sectors, and is intended to enable students, graduating students and recent graduates to explore the various professional career paths available.

Career Day Fees

  • Companies with up to 200 employees: $400 + taxes
  • Companies with more than 200 employees: $600 + taxes
  • 3 representatives included. Additional fees of 25$ for each additional representative.
  • Rental of a banner stand: $300 + taxes (upon reservation only, subject to availability)  

An invoice will be sent to you after the event. Payment must be made by check or by bank transfer.

The fees include the following :

  • A 10' x 10' space with a table, chairs, and a white tablecloth (upon request)
  • Breakfast, lunch, water bottle service
  • Advertising and exposure:
    • ÉTS social media networks
    • Interface e-newsletter (for the ÉTS community)
    • ÉTS Channel
    • Audio clips on Radio Piranha
    • Your company logo on promotional posters
    • Personalized e-mails to ÉTS students and recent graduates (less than 2 years)
  • Cloakroom service
  • Wi-Fi Internet connection
 
Cancellation policy :
Registration fees will be charged in full if any cancellation is made within less 48 hours of your participation to the event.

Company Career Days

During Company Career Days, individual companies or groups of companies set up information booths at ÉTS in order to meet with our students.

A Company Career Day can be scheduled at any time of the year (subject to availability).

Company Career Days fees

  • 250$ + taxes

An invoice will be sent to you after the event. Payment must be made by check or by bank transfer.

The fees include the following:

Networking events

Networking events (luncheon conference, reception, happy hour, etc.) provide companies with an opportunity to interact with students and graduates in order to exchange information about what they do and the type of employment opportunities they offer. Networking events can be scheduled at any time of the year.
