Front-end transceiver design (including RF chain and Digital Modulators/ Demodulators) for high speed wireless communications.
Analog and Radio Frequency Circuit design, focus on nanometer CMOS, wide-band and high-speed techniques.
Microwave and Millimeter Wave Integrated Circuits design, using HEMTs
Electro-Optical wireless links and networks
Ultra wideband and high-dynamic range circuits for sensors such as biomedical sensors, chemical gas detectors and MMW active and passive sensors.
