RESEARCH PROJECT

Improvement of RF power amplifier effiency by recycling and conversion of dissipated thermal energy.
RF power amplifier effiency began a challenge for PA’s designers where most of its power is dissipated as a lossed thermal energy, so our mission is investigating on several methods for recovering and recycling this power in order to improve its energetic effiency by modeling, optimization, multiphysic simulation and integration using LTCC technology of a micro-thermoelectric microgenerator.
