  • Measurements of dynamic and static behavior of MEMS devices
  • Fully trained and Working in Cleanrooms (McGill, Polytechnique Montreal, UQAM, ETS )
  • Worked with several machines Like: sputtering, evaporators, RIE, IBE, CPD, Wet bench
  • Dry and Wet etching processes
  • Characterization and evaluation of surface microfabrication process
  • Integration of MEMS Switches with Smart PCB control Circuits
