Rules and cancellation policies :

• Deposits are not refunded to the exception of applicants who are not admitted at ÉTS.
• Applicants must ensure to send the deposit within the time period specified by the Auxiliary Services in order to guarantee the reservation.
• The deposit will be applicable to the first month’s rent. Should the cost of the rent be different from the paid deposit, a price adjustment (debit/credit) will be made.
• For last minute cases, the deposit may be made by phone at 514-396-8800, ext. 7826.
