Deposits are not refunded to the exception of applicants who are not admitted at ÉTS.
Applicants must ensure to send the deposit within the time period specified by the Auxiliary Services in order to guarantee the reservation.
The deposit will be applicable to the first month’s rent. Should the cost of the rent be different from the paid deposit, a price adjustment (debit/credit) will be made.
For last minute cases, the deposit may be made by phone at 514-396-8800, ext. 7826.
